ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

To work with the management team to manage
total shift operations within an assigned restaurant
·
Maximizing sales and profitability
·
Maintaining the highest possible standards of
customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
·
To manage shifts within the restaurant as
detailed by the Restaurant Manager.
·
Key focus on Hot & Fresh
Requirements:
·
Have an experiences in the
same positions for 3 years
·
Preferbly from Quick Service
Restaurant
·
Having minimum D3 in
Hospitality Management School
·
Age 32 – 35 years
·
Male/Female
·
Able to speak English
fluently
·
Able to work in shift
specially on holiday
