Training Manager

Responsibilities:

1.   Helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to organization mission and vision
2.   Works with leadership team to indentify and address employee and organizational development needs
3.   Training programs focus on variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills
4.   Conduct assessments, designs and develop training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs
5.   Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment
Requirements:
1.   Male/Female
2.   Age 35 – 40 years old
3.   Having 7  years experiences in the same position as Training Development in Food and Beverage Industry
4.   Able to speak English fluently
5.   Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management
6.   Communicative and Time Management
7.   Leadership skill
