Basic Background: 

-Proficient in English, both communicating & writing. 

-Have previous experience in handling customers. 

-A “Can Do” attitude and able to think outside the box.  

-Able to work as a team player and independently.  

-Willing to work on shifts (morning, afternoon and night). 

Specific Background: 

Have previous background in call centers, 

handling local and multinational clients or have experience with customers in the hotel environment.
