Call Centre Officer
Call Centre Officer will be
responsible on receive, handling and resolve calls from customers in regards to
inquiry, request or complaint related to credit card, personal loan or banking
products.

Qualification:
• Fresh graduate or
experienced, Minimum Diploma 3/ Bachelor degree from any major
• Willing to work in shift
schedule, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
• Have interest on service
industry
• Call centre experienced or
experienced in serving customers in other hospitality industry
• Good English skills &
computer literate
• Willing to be located at
Pondok Indah, South Jakarta
